Product complaint

If the goods bought on our website prove to be defective (we will be surprised) or inconsistent with your order (sometimes we check your vigilance) you can make a complain.

We are responsible for defects in goods, if they are found within two years from the moment of its transfer to your beautiful hands (in the case of items whose shelf life is less than two years, the deadline for reporting a defect is reduced accordingly).

1. Complaint – first step. Fill out the product complaint form, which you can find by clicking "Download complaint form". Tell us the reason for the complaint and the method of its consideration you expect.

Please attach a complaint form to the parcel with the product.

2. Pack the product under complaint , keeping in mind its proper protection, so that the package will not be damaged or destroyed during transport. Add proof of purchase to your shipment (e.g. receipt, invoice, payment confirmation, order number)

3. Now the ball is in our court! We have 14 days to consider the complaint (from the day we get the goods), although we usually operate faster.

Return without giving a reason

You placed your order at www.semilac.pl, and then you changed your mind? Take it easy - we really know that a woman is fickle!
From the date of delivery you have 30 days to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with us and return the purchased goods. Without giving a reason and explanation!

1. Have you changed your mind? No problem - follow our guidelines. First, please print and fill out the form.

Remember to send a statement within 30 days of receiving the parcel.

2. Return the products you send to the address:

Add proof of purchase to your package (eg receipt, invoice, payment confirmation, order confirmation generated on your account in our online store) - this will streamline the refund process.

In the case of shipment of the returned goods, please carefully protect the package so that it will not be damaged or destroyed during transport.

3. Your payments will be refunded up to 14 days from the date of receipt Your statement about withdrawal from the contract and products.

The refund will take place on the bank account indicated by you.

4. To speed up the return process, we recommend sending in one shipment: products, return form and proof of purchase.
