This Semilac No-Wipe Matt Stone Effect Top is a simple way to spectacularly change your favourite manicure, by creating a stone effect on your nails. The transparent matt top coat has been enriched with tiny, black particles that will easily give a fresh take on any styling. A manicure finished with the top is free from shine and streaks. It creates a “velvet” finish that is pleasant to the touch. This No-Wipe Matt Stone Effect Top does not have a dispersion layer. It does not require wiping with Cleaner and has a similar consistency to Semilac Top Matt Total No-Wipe. Shake the product before every use.
